1. Acceptance of terms
By using vscardpro.com or a VsCard PRO account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
VsCard PRO provides a digital business card (QR/NFC) that you can create, edit, and share, along with an optional physical NFC card. Some features may change over time as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your card and for keeping your account access secure. Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
4. Payments and renewals
Prices shown on vscardpro.com are current at the time of purchase and may change for future terms. Card renewals, where applicable, are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For a question about a specific charge, refund, or your renewal date, contact us -- we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
5. Referral program
If we offer a referral program, its terms (such as reward amounts) are as described on the site at the time and may change or end at any time without affecting rewards already earned.
6. Intellectual property
The VsCard PRO website, design, and branding belong to Vs Web Studio. The content you add to your own card belongs to you; you grant us the right to host and display it as part of the service.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vs Web Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
